RE: What have you been watching recently?

Other than WALL-E (which I'll say again was brilliant) yesterday, I saw Vantage Point today. It was okay, but I thought as far as how the story was handled with the starting at the beginning with every new person who witnessed the events...well I've seen stuff that did a much better job of it. Like Run Lola Run. Still an okay movie though.

Question; has anyone seen In Bruges? I was just wondering because I was thinking of renting it to watch after work tomorrow and wanted to know if it was worth my dollar.

Last night I watched Howard the Duck, which was as atrocious as I remember it being.

I liked Indiana Jones. Haven't seen Prince Caspian yet, but I intend to. I just don't have the time recently. Anything I watch at home, I'm half watching, whilst I work on artwork. (Which means that I can't get round to watching A very Long Engagement or M again, as I won't be able to read the subtitles. Nor will I be able to catch up on the Buster Keaton movies. I need to take a week off to just sit and watch them...)

The only thing I have been making time for recently has been Doctor Who. And I refuse to believe the last five minutes of last week's episode actually happened.

Recently I've been watching Supernatural, and I watched Dogma yesterday for the billionth time.

Supernatural is about the only I watch tv show wise, apart from Top Gear and QI. The rest of the time I'm either watching anime dvds, playing video games or watching movies.

Because everything else on tv pretty much sucks.

But right now I'm working my way through Supernatural Season 3 for the second time! XD

I started watching a film on TV called 'Peacemaker' with George Clooney and Nicole Kidman.  Oh-h-h-h it was terrible......

Peacemaker is an awfully cheesy film, but I like it. Maybe it's George...

And welcome back to the Land of the Mooky, Ladybird. Tell us of your adventures in the world...

Yep!
I wacted it on thursday and most of the men are so sexist and there is this one guy who keeps staring at the girls breasts which i dont like very much.
I also think that the women need to think of a better ways of doing stuff instead of arguing.
I think that the feminist writer should have been queen because she would have used her intellgence to outsmart people.

That is one of the things that could happen when you get a group of women together, they could either get along really well or just argue all the time. They could've done something a bit more productive really but I dunno, they could get better as the series goes on.

Ugh and the men on it are intolerable! I was getting so wound up by them just by watching it!

Okay, I just made myself watch the Supernatural Season 4 preview trailer.

I did this snivelly thing... O_o

EDIT (20/09/08): Just watched the first episode of Season 4 now. I have to say, Supernatural is quite literally the ONLY thing I go all "mental rabid fangirly" over.

If I were someone who was ever going to watch Supernatural, I could be a bit annoyed to find out this spoiler. :p

I have been recently watching this comedy on BBC 2 called the beautfil people.
It is basically about a guy from reading who now lives in new york and talks about how hes family and sexuality when he was young. It's pretty ok.

We don't get season 4 of Supernatural till January.

I'm keeping up U.S. pace anyway, it's killing me.

Meanwhile I've been watching the Absolute Boyfriend live action drama. I'm totally hooked, I've even got me mam watching it! XD

Botched. Awesome movie! It's only just come out on DVD in the UK... I downloaded it and didn't know much about it other than it was meant to be pretty weird. Started watching it and it looks like its going to be a regular heist movie... but it's really not!! If you like twists and turns, lots of blood and a good dollop of weird on top then this movie is definitely for you.

Oh, my gosh.
I saw a HILARIOUS programme the other day.
I don't know what it was called - help me!
There was this young boy, and his mother, and he didn't get the lead in 'Joseph' and so his mum marched up to the school and accused the teacher of having 'relations' with the girl he put in the lead. And it turned out she was his god daughter or something.

Also, Secret diary of a call girl. =] and Katie and Peter.
I never thought i would watch those shows in my life. ever.
