Ok, what do I have? An alchemic symbol around my belly button, a monkey on the base of my spine and an ankh on the top of my spine.
I want a bar code on the back of my neck, perhaps tiny wings on my heels and almost definitely a white 'P' on my forearm. There could be more, but I can't think of them at the moment.
I have two and I'm definitely thinking about another one in the next couple of weeks, probably script at the back of my ankles.
Sorry, I'm not up for divulging my tattoos on the internet :)

I also have a tumblr. It's probably full of bollocks.
"Billy Corgan's Girl" - dude, I looove Smashing Pumpkins!!!
Oh yeah, I think it'd be funny to get the birthmark on my shoulder coloured in, or the lists on the back of my hand. But then I wouldn't be able to write them there.
....Can anyone give an estimation how painfull a tatt'd be, riiight on the pube line/lower belly area?
I want 'Vegan' written on my arm. Also, I'd like to have a word or sentence in Latin somewhere. I love Latin! And chaos sign! I want teh chaos sign! (Wiki) For I love to create chaos and randomness! Oh, and I want one of those weird psychologist ink blots. (Wiki) Just to let people analyse it. And I want something written on my knuckles. Knuckle tattoos are awesome.
I have tons of ideas, really; too bad I don't have enough money to actually get a tattoo.
I'm going to get: "Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death, and jealousy is cruel as the grave." across my lower back, but I'm not sure whether or not I'm going to leave off the last part. Suggestions?
I also want a treble clef on my wrist, a butterfly on my neck, and something across my shoulder blades but I don't know what. I may get a friend of mine to design that one for me.

Money and, well, not knowing a decent tat artist in this town prevent me from getting more tats. I would be careful of the chaos symbol, for although you may like to cause chaos, would you really want that chaos brought upon you? Depends where you have the symbol, I suppose. I'm kinda careful with symbols.
AWOL, I like the line about Love is as strong as death. You could just have that bit, with the full quote ready to hand when needed, to make yourself seem incredibly smart.
I'm also supposed to be designing a couple of tattoos for people, one based on the eye of Horus and on based on the idea of a fallen angel... I might do those today, creative blocks willing.
And I've just this very minute decided I want something on my right wrist, to help influence my drawing. Have to think on that some more...
But we give words and symbols their meanings and I don't mean the symbol as something harmful for me or others. The tattoo would only be a recognition of the chaos this world produces and consists of. Chaos is already everywhere, it's just that humans prefer the illusion of patterns, order and meaningfulness to chaos. We should celebrate chaos. With a goddamn tattoo!
I still don't agree that any harm can be done by a cute symbol of chaos but you keep provoking my interest ;D So... where do you think I should never place that tattoo?
I wouldn't put it on any of your chakra points, but other than that, you'd be fine. :)
It depends, I suppose, on your idea of tattoos and symbols. Personally, I think both are powerful, so my belief probably powers the symbols and tattoos. For example, I like the idea of putting your spirit animal on the base of your spine, so I have a monkey there.
But if you're cool with the chaos, you'll be fine. :)
Thanks Kitty. The Eye of Horus would make a great tattoo (although not for me, it's not really my type of thing). I'd like to get an ankh somewhere, because I love what it symbolises. But I'd like to get it in an area that I could maybe hide if I wanted to.

I've got a bracelet which was handmade for my Great-Grandmother which she left to me, and it had some anchors and flowers etc. on it. I would love a tattoo based on it.
